Need fatigue values

Need fatigue values

(OP)
Does anybody know where to find or have fatigue data for stainless steel at elevated temperatures. The material in question is A-304H and A-387 Cl 11, Gr2 (not a SS). The equipment operates at about 1000 F. The ASME Code, division 2 only goes to
800 F. It is limited to 800 F I think because creep affects control at higher temperatures. Or could anybody comment on what the Division 2 curve may look like at those temperatures?

Thanks for your help!

RE: Need fatigue values

try the european pressure directive codes.

for boilers, the fatigue analysis is in EN-12952 sect 13 and appendix B for ferritic grade 11 at 1000F. Crrep exhaustion per EN-12952-4, but creep-fatigue interaction not yet updated.

for stainless steel see EN-13445

RE: Need fatigue values

Bobfromoh-

You might also find some guidance from Section III-NH which provides information on creep-fatigue. Take a look at Appendix T-1400. This appendix has tables for design fatigue strains for 304 SS up to 1300°F and 2¼ Cr (unfortunately, not 1¼ Cr) up to 1100°F

Thank you very much to "davefitz" and "jte" for the response to my question. I wasn't sure if there was an answer to the question but the information is just in time!
