A Transistor Book

A Transistor Book

A Transistor Book

(OP)
Can anybody suggest a good book for BJT circuit analysis and deisgn. Any design resources on the net? Also a book for MOS circuit design.

RE: A Transistor Book

A good book is by
Grey and Meyer.
Published by Wiley.
I can't think of the exact title now
but a search on amazon will find it.
It is now in a fourth edition I believe.

RE: A Transistor Book

I found "Transistor Circuit Design" by Laurence G. Cowles extremely helpful.  There are numerous copies available on Amazon at very low cost.

I did not find it on Prentice Hall web site so it may be out of print.

RE: A Transistor Book

If you simply do a search on the web for "BJT circuit analysis", you'll find plenty of sites.
