Bus Bar Design

(OP)
I am looking for information/calculations to help in the design of bus bars in a high temperature application. The operating temperature is 800 degrees F. The bus bar material is 309Si or Din 1.4828. The bus bars are installed on an aluminum extrusion container with resistive heating elements welded to them. They are at 480 volts A.C. and could be wired single or three phase with ampacities upwards of 70 amps.

Hello Kantor,

Thanks for your response. I have already downloaded the software, however it calculates for copper and aluminum bus bars. I need to calculate for 309S stainless at 800 F.
