High Strength Concrete

High Strength Concrete

High Strength Concrete

(OP)
I work for a construction contractor investigating the concrete mix design, placement methods and curing of high strength concrete for a 30m high RC tower. The plan area is around 3 x 1.5m and the initial plan is to place in 3.5m lifts. The concrete is 80N/mm2 so to reduce the heat of hydration we are planning to use cement replacements. Cooling of the mixing water is another proposal under consideration.

Can anyone recommend useful/practical resources available on the internet.

RE: High Strength Concrete

Contact Lafarge Cement Company's website at www.lafarge-na.com, they should be able to help.
