RE: Creat tiff file form drw

Hi Wermok,

To export Your Pro/E drawing (.drw) to TIFF Image (.tiff) kindly start as follows,

- Open your Pro/E Drawing
- Convert it into a ACROBAT READER File (.pdf) using any of pdf converter softwares (Try with PDF995 Evaluation version is available online http://www.pdf995.com; You can use their help
to instal and working of PDF995 software.)
- Open the PDF file in Acrobat Writer and save it as .TIFF.

- Now the quality of your tiff file will be good and clear.

Hope this will help you,

Regards,

Wermok
We use this method to convert.drw to TIFF.
Use "print" and in "add printer type" you will find TIFF option. Choose print to file and give .tif extension to the file name. You can control the resolution up to 400 dpi in
config.pro with option "raster_plot_dpi" and compression with "tiff_compression". A typical A0 drw will be around
200 300K.
