Corrosion of Aluminum 380 after rinse cycle

(OP)
I am currently having trouble with aluminum 380 corroding after die casting.  The poart goes through a rinse cycle and then is placed on cardboard for drying.  I am looking at additives that maybe put in with the rinse cycle that would inhibit corrosion.  I am looking at Renopas #1 but do not have a great deal of information on it.  If anyone has any first hand experiance with the stuff please let me know.
