RE: abrassive wear risistance material

Typical abrasive resistant pump casings are cast from high chromium white iron, e.g. for slurry service.  Another possibility is to refurbish your worn case with ceramic or possibly a benzene resistant urethane or rubber like material.  I am assuming that the solids are relatively small particles.  Operating conditions (pressure, temperature etc) will be a factor in your decision.

RE: abrassive wear risistance material

As suggested you could consider high chrome white iron or Ni Hard as abrasive resistant materials. If in case the solids are small you could also consider 17-4 PH or CA6NM materials.
