Aluminum 380 corrosion in a rinse tank

Aluminum 380 corrosion in a rinse tank

(OP)
I am currently having trouble with Die cast parts of aluminum 380 corroding after being rinsed.  I am currently looking at an additive called Renopas #1 but I am unsure of how effective if would be.  I am looking for any information on the product as well as anyone who has used it in their operation.

RE: Aluminum 380 corrosion in a rinse tank

Me, too, but what do you mean by rinse? Are you referring to quenching after die casting or do you mean washing? Is this a new problem?
