How would I roughly calculate the flow rate of compressed air from a tank at a given pressure and opening size. I just need to be close so I will eliminate pipe loss consideration etc. For sake of discussion assume a plug is removed from side of a compressed air tank or similar situation. I have a couple ideas but would like opinions.

Excellent workedout example is there in CRANE TECHNICAL PAPER 10. Give process conditions, I will give you the results.
fluid,temp,press,dia of hole,length of pipe and fittings.
