Does anyone know of a cross reference for RAL paint numbers? I'm specifically looking for FS 595B equivalent but any information is helpful.

The standard you are referring to FS 595B is unknown to me. FS refers to Federal Standard Colors. The FS colors have a 5 digit numerical designation. The RAL standard is referred to as RAL followed by a four digits numerical code.

Your best bet would be to contact one of the paint manufacturers. International, Jotun, Sigma, Sherwin Williams. etc.

I believe FS 595B is meant to be FED-STD-595B, COLORS USED IN GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT.  You can obtain this doucment from the following website:
