Anti Vibration Mounting

(OP)
Can anyone provide me with any good site references for how to mount electronic assemblies using rubber AV mounts?  What consideration are required, i.e. C of G position, etc.  I have to design to withstand random vibration and shock loading in 3 axes.

Any help would be appreciated.

RE: Anti Vibration Mounting

I highly recommend the Barry Controls website;  it includes the necessary background theory as well as a product selection guide.

RE: Anti Vibration Mounting

Check the www.sorbothane.com web site for a standard mount for hard disk drives.

They also do custom isolators for HDD's, LCD's and PCB's.
