Hydraulic oil leaking - hydraulic cylinder for mold opening

Hydraulic oil leaking - hydraulic cylinder for mold opening

(OP)
Hello,

we use HEB hydraulic cylinders (http://www.heb-zyl.de) and we have a huge problem with oil leaking.

The cylinders we use are make up to pressure 250 bar with end damping, but we use it only up to 100 bar.

I think that there are two possibilities what is wrong:

- the fixture design of cylinder isn't good
- use of wrong sealing ring in the cylinder

We use the hydraulic cylinder for core unscrewing by tool opening.

Can anybody give me some advice hot to solve this problem.

Best regards, Thomas
