INVENTORY MATERIALS

INVENTORY MATERIALS

INVENTORY MATERIALS

(OP)
Our project is an ASME stamp required project, and we used most of the materials were inventory materials which the material test report came to be ASME 1998 Edition, but the required for some purchased materials in accordance to our material specification is based in ASME 2001 Edition. Please tell the implications or things that I have to do in order that this will not be questioned or is it become a problem by our AI? or during our ASME joint review.

All constructive advices are much welcome and appreciated.

RE: INVENTORY MATERIALS

What about recertification of material (UG-10 of ASME Sec VIII Div1) based on the Latest code edition & Addenda on which  design and construction is going on.

RE: INVENTORY MATERIALS

See Code Case 2053-For Matl.in Inventory. Also review the Forward in SecII A,B. Talk to your AIA.
