Has anyone heard of Tooling Unveristy, and if so what is your opinion on it?

http://www.toolingu.com/default.aspx

I am seeking some thing online to further myself in mechanical design.  I dont have the luxury of going to college to finish my ME degree, simply cant afford to take the cut in hours.  Is there another route that I can take?  Something I can do at nights, programs, courses anything?  I really want to further myself in my field, mechanical design to market myself better.  Tooling University seems to offer the classes I am seeking, but if know one knows of it, it simply wouldnt be cost effective.  Any suggestions?
