RE: Convert solidworks models into pro-e models
- save your SW model as a Pro/E file (File>Save As in SW)
- Import your SW model into Pro/E (File>Import in Pro/E)
Be advised though that you'll loose a certain amount of data.

Save the model in SW as STEP.
Open or import the STEP file in Pro/E.
Note that the file extension for Pro/E must be .stp but SW will use .step so it must be changed.
This will transfer the model geometry but not the features.
(You see only "imported geometry" in the model tree).
