Need Stud with minimum allowable stress 33 ksi at 70¦C

(OP)
I need bolting (Studs 1.25 inch made from bar) with minimum allowable stress of 33 ksi at 70°C. When consulting ASME Section II Part D tables I found the following SA-574 (C-1/4Mo), SA-540-B21(1Cr-1/2Mo-V), SA-540-B23(2Ni-3/4Cr-1/4Mo-V), SA-540-B24(2Ni-3/4Cr-1/3Mo-V). The most interesting for me is SA-574 but it's available only in Hex bolting.  Does bar exist from which I can made my studs ? If no what is the most used and commonly available of those : SA-540-B21, SA-540-B21 and SA-540-B21. Do they exist  in bars ?
Thank for your help.
