What is an Isotensoid?
What is an Isotensoid?
(OP)
Hello,
I need to design a cylindrical pressure vessel from carbon fiber. In the literatur everybody recommends to use an isotensoid form at the ends of the cylinder.
Can anybody tell me, what this is and where I can find a mathematical formula for this?
Thank you.
Klaus
