We are currently on an offshore production unit and we have a concern that the UPS transformer secondary has not got the neutral line bonded to earth.
Primary is 415 Volts 3 phase and Secondary is 240 volts 1 phase.

This appears to be common among some UPS systems. Check with the manufacturer and see if it is required. Otherwise, check with the code for your location.

Suggestion: The grounded neutral to the platform shall result in approximately 240V between each phase and the platform ground. If the voltage is less, then there will not be a good connection between the UPS transformer secondary and the platform ground. E.g. 200W bulb connected between a phase and ground might reveal the neutral grounding status.

You should bond/earth the N on the tranf second forthwith.

Ground it to the platform steel [or if you have a common ground, there] and that will take care of your problem.
