Air Cond to cool diesel charged air, lowering NOX?

Air Cond to cool diesel charged air, lowering NOX?

(OP)
This approach is being toyed with I understand by Ford and a few muscle car garages to boost HP/TQ on supercharged and turboed gas engines with a by product of lower NOX.
Has anyone seen any articles applicable to diesel experimentation?
Cummins, International, Mack,DD and others use "cooled EGR".
Cat's ACERT uses twin turbos, delayed valve timing (Miller Cycle) and "cooling". I asume all use the captive engine coolant or heat exchangers.
What about bringing the A.C. into play? Small parasytic loss would be an acceptable trade off.
