Information rqrd regarding vacuum release valves and pipe hangers

(OP)
When supporting a 4" PVC pressure pipe, is fully restraining the pipe at all fittings and connections by means of solvent welding sufficient to accommodate thrust forces at these fittings? The Total Dynamic Head is 113' with a max. operating pressure of 160 psi. I'll be using clevis hangers at 8' spacing to support the pipe.  Also, as the pipe will be conveying sewage, what vacuum release valve can be suggested to best suit this application? Thank you for your time.
