Planes 1,2 & 3

Planes 1,2 & 3

Planes 1,2 & 3

(OP)
Greetings to all.

I am aware that once a plane has been "autosized" the plane will always be 5% larger than the associated geometry or bounding box.

Here is the question.

Is there a way to have the autosize activated for all new parts or existing parts for that matter?  I have highlighted all three, RC and pick autosize.  Only the last selected plane is autosized.  This is small issue quickly becoming a pain in the back side.   I would like the autosize option to be actieve by default.

Thanks to all

Jesus is the WAY the TRUTH and the LIFE,

Jay

RE: Planes 1,2 & 3

It's not possiblie to pick all 3 and change the autosize to all 3 at the same time. You will need to place an Enhancement request in for this option. Autosize is a new feature to SW03, and with it being a new feature there will be somethings people will not like. The best thing to do is put in an enhancement request.

Yup,  I should have checked out the beta version prior to posting the thread.  Since I am bound to secrecy, I can't tell anyone if the the beta release has automatic autosize planes.  I can however tell you that there does not seem to be a need to submit an enhancement request.

Thanks,

Jay
