Outlet Structure Coeffecient?

Outlet Structure Coeffecient?

Outlet Structure Coeffecient?

(OP)
I know this may be a novice question, but I am using Haestad's PondPack v7.0, and I can't figure out what coeffecient to use for my outlet structure. My outlet structure consists of a 12" concrete flared end section that flows through 12" concrete pipe into a 4' diameter manhole which then outfalls through a 10" concrete pipe to a 10" concrete flared end section. I have used a coeffecient anywhere from 0.62 to 0.72, but I really don't know what is right. Can anyone point me in the right direction. The PondPack book has nothing in it, and if I contact Haestad now, it is going to cost me a min. of $200 just to place the phone call (what a rip off). Thanks for any help that you may have.

Jason
