motor isolators

hi all,
I am looking for details on the EN 60204 standards regarding machine safety on the specific subject of MOTOR ISOLATION SWITCHES FOR MAINTENANCE.

That is,  do I have to install an isolation switch within a few meters of each motor that is part of a large number of motors in an installation or can I simply install a lockable-type motor overload in my electrical cabinet?

I have searched on the net, but to no avail.

Thanxs

RE: motor isolators

Suggestion: Visit
http://www.nfpa.org
for NFPA 70-2002 National Electrical Code
Article 430 Motors, Motor Circuits, and Controllers
However, the electrical code or standard to be followed is according to the local Authority Having Jurisdiction
