sources for condensate pans

sources for condensate pans

(OP)
Hi,

I am looking for vendors of condensate pans who supply to OEMs. Ideal size would be about 18" x 24" x 1" with a bulkhead fitting. Aluminum or stainless steel preferred.

Our company makes analytical instrumentation, that have an environmental control system (temperature, humidity) that is can collect condensate . I would like to drain this to an inexpensive pan and evaporate it back into the room where the instrument is located.  McMaster Carr has several pans (w/o bulkhead fittings) that are close, but not quite right.

Thanks

RE: sources for condensate pans

Wes,
I bought several custom design pans for air condition systems from a company called PREMM METAL PRODUCTS INC. Fax: 416-293-5104.
They are heavily involved in OEM air condition, engines/generators cases, etc…
they do carry all type of fittings (A/C, oil, air …)
Good Luck
