DRAWING A GRAPH FROM EXCEL

DRAWING A GRAPH FROM EXCEL

DRAWING A GRAPH FROM EXCEL

(OP)
I WANT TO DRAW A GRAPH FROM EXCEL USING DATA OBTAINED FROM
A MICROSOFT ACCESS DATABASE.IF YOU KNOW HOW TO CALL EXCEL FROM ACCESS THEN YOU ARE THE PERSON I'M LOOKING FOR.

RE: DRAWING A GRAPH FROM EXCEL

In order to use data from Excel, or from Access, you need to import/export the data.  If you are going from Access to Excel and don't have any formulas, you can easily copy the information over, or import it.  If you have Office 98,2000, or xp, there are good instructions in the help/helper instructions.

RE: DRAWING A GRAPH FROM EXCEL

If you have MS-Query installed, just create use Query to retrieve data from your access file. This way, every time your access data changes, you need not keep importing the file. Just press the refresh key and your data gets updated.
