Hello all,
Is MS Access2000 able to work as centralzed database? If Yes, then what is the Solution?

If you mean as a single data source for multiple users at once. Yes. However depending upon the number of connections another database product may be recommended.
The way that this is done is to split your .mdb file into a front end and back end. A wizard will do this for you. You can then distribute the front ends to various machines.

You can also use Access to supply data to a web page.  This allows several users to access the same central database.  As mentioned above the number of users and number of times then request data may indicate a database designed for more users.  Access will work for a limited number of users at one time.
