Hello,
Could somebody give me some tips on the ciruitry of the preamplifier of a RF Transmitter?

Well dear one thing for sure it should be a low input noise amplifier and low output noise as well. The output voltage swing should be able to run the next stage after the preamplifier. And if you can work on the current-mode circuits that will be really very beneficial to you.
