Pressurization Problem

(OP)
Having a problem with HVAC Unit.  Unit pressurized building and caused air to filter through acoustical roof deck and balloon rubber roof rendering roof defective.  Has anyone ever seen this before?  If so, has there been any documentation on it?  Where could I find such articles/cases?  Please help!

http://www.LaDukeroofing.com is my company.

RE: Pressurization Problem

I have seen this occur, although the roofing membrane remained in-tact. It just ballooned. The problem was fixed by closing ventilation damper. Fortuneately the lack of occupants in the space allowed for this. Otherwise a way to relieve the pressure will be required. This can be achieved by adding barometric damper to the outdoor unit or an powered exhaust fan.
