Display of Cross Section Arrows

Display of Cross Section Arrows

Display of Cross Section Arrows

(OP)
Hello,
I am having a problem when making cross section views. Pro/E is giving me a message that "Cross-section arrows will not be displayed".
Would anyone know why this is happining?  I always would want the arrows so I am not sure why they dont show.

Thanks so much, this is driving me nuts.

RE: Display of Cross Section Arrows

Hi,
At the risk of asking annoying questions - are you picking the parent view for displaying arrows when prompted by Pro/E? This message kind of sneaks in quick on the message bar right in the middle of the view creation process.
If you are following the correct procedure, I would suspect that it is a config.pro issue.

cheers,

JW

Hello and thanks for the reply.

I am picking the parent view for the cross sections.  It is actually happening on all of the drawings for my assembly.

Weird

I will check my config file and I have checked my drawing setup file and all seems correct.  If I cant figure it out today I will call PTC and post the answer, if they know, for anyone else that might have the same problem.

Thanks again
