Harmonic reduction using transformer primary connections

Hi everyone,
We use three transformers (2MVA, 11kV/500V) to each supply different DC drives. The vector groups are Dyn1, Dyn11, and Dz0. The transformers are feed from the same CB this being the "point of common coupling"
I believe the different vector groups are used to smooth out any harmonics that appear at the point of common coupling on the HV side. Can anyone tell me how effective this method is? Also how do I calculate the level of harmonic distortion at the HV terminals for ea of these vector groups?

It's very effective at reducing total harmonic distortion seen on the primary.
I don't have a good reference on how to quantitatively calculate the harmonic reduction, but I'm sure someone will.

IEEE Std 519-1992 may have applicable information.
