Looking for published PWM Standards

Looking for published PWM Standards

(OP)
Are there any published standards that can be used for specifying the quality of pulse width modulated signals?

RE: Looking for published PWM Standards

IEEE 519 deals with impact of non-linear loads at point of interface with the utility, but does not provide specific requirements for PWM output waveforms.

I'm not sure how the "quality" of a PWM output would be specified.

There is a new IEEE standard out on medium-voltage motor drives, but I have no idea what is in it.
