Hi,

Wonder could anyone advice which is the best conductor amongst the following materials use in ionizer and ozonizer. Among the listed a-f which is the best in today technology for generating highest ion or ozone. Reliable, efficient and cheap.

a) Stainless steel - ion
b) Ceramic - ozone
c) Glass tube - ozone
d) stinless steel tube - ozone
e) Stainless steel plate. -ozone
f) Carbon fibre -ion

Comparing carbon fibre and stanless steel which is the best and easier method of production.

To generate 20-50 billion ion or 5 trillion ion which is the best material to use base on the above. What is the best method or design to achieve 20-50 billion ion or 5 trillion ions with ozone 0.01ppm, 0.05ppm in a miniature, compact model. Is this possible.

To  work on 110-240V (50Hz-60Hz) without a transformer or step down transformer. Any ic could do the job or how to go around without using a transformer. Is this possible. Any special pcb board design needed etc. What will be the ic cost if any...type of ic and number of ic require.

If this is to be use on a 0.01 amp  rating. What need to be done and is it possible.

Any idea what is the maximum amount of ion or ozone  a human body could accept and consider safe, fresh etc.
