Which formula can I use to calculate the heat (J/sec) that I loose, from a water surface to the cooler air above? (please in metric/SI)

Heat loss is from evaporation and convection.  I dont have the formulae but any book on heat transfer should conver both subjects.

Many catalogs from heat tracing companies will contain technical information in the back and heat losses from various surfaces is typically there.
