Gentlemen,
Does anyone have reference, data, suggestion about the weldability between TI (SB 265 Gr. 1) and Zr (SB 523 R 60702)?

I would recommend discussing your application with someone from Wah Chang (part of Allgheny Technologies).  They produce both Ti & Zr, and probably have the best experience in joining the two together.  Use the following link to access their technical service contact page:
