ASTM standard for Bar diameters > 1-3/8"

ASTM standard for Bar diameters > 1-3/8"

All,

Is there a ASTM standard which covers bars greater than 1-3/8"?  ASTM A722 covers bars only up to that dimension.  Has anyone else had experience with specifying bars that are larger than the 1-3/8"?

RE: ASTM standard for Bar diameters > 1-3/8"

You might want to check with Dywidag, manufaacturers of threadbar.  They produce a 1-3/4" dia high strength bar for post-tensioning in the US.  Occasionally use their Grade 60/400 bars for anchor bolts, but they do have high strength material specifically for PT work.

Yes, they do.  But what standard does it conform to?  ASTM A 722 only goes up to 1-3/8".
