Lisp to copy while trimming?

Lisp to copy while trimming?

Lisp to copy while trimming?

(OP)
suppose you have 6 lines all intersecting at a common point and you are interested in the intersection point and trimmed lengths of the lines(not full length). I want to copy the point and the trimmed lengths, trimming edge will be determined by me, but I dont want to harm the original.

This situation is apparently a useless version of very useful situations I deal with regularly. I have to get chunks of drawings and drop them in a different space.

I am not into lisps, but I dont mind if someone directs me on how I can program the procedure OR if the procedure is already available please tell me

RE: Lisp to copy while trimming?

could you email me a drawing with a better description i could possibly create a button macro that would copy first then trim next

my email is sherrin@shasta.com
