Flange Sizing Charts

Flange Sizing Charts

Flange Sizing Charts

(OP)
Dear Expert,

I am looking for some internet resources which would provide information on the dimensions of various ANSI Flanges.  I am particularly interested in Orifice flange unions with flange taps.  Thank you in advanced for your help.

RE: Flange Sizing Charts

Download free flange data software now at version 5.1.  Contains dimensions of ANSI, API & Taper-Lok flanges, materials data and other useful piping information.

RE: Flange Sizing Charts

Orifice flanges are the same size and dimensions as standard flanges in the same class, with one exception. In class 150# you'll end up using a 300# Flange set. The reason there is the width of a 150# is too thin to allow the tap connection. Good Luck!  ...Mark
