Monotype Corsive Font not Displaying

Monotype Corsive Font not Displaying

Does anyone have any idea why Monotype Corsiva font will not display properly within AutoCad?  A few other fonts installed on my machine also do not display properly.

Some of them are Arial Rounded, Berlin Sans FB, Britannic Bold, Brush Script...

I am running ACAD 2002 on a Win 2000 machine.

BTW these fonts all work properly in Adobe Illustrator, Word, Paint Shop Pro, etc.

Hi,
I have Monotype Corsiva font in AC. You can search for fonts in: http://www.cadresource.com/library/fonts.html

I have the font installed in my font directory.

Its listed in my registry and works everywhere but AutoCad. In Autocad it defaults to some other font.

RE: Monotype Corsive Font not Displaying

I've seen something like this similar to other fonts here at my job. We TOO have win2000 for an OS. And we're running ACAD2002.

Ask you admin person login and uninstall the font and then re-install it with his/ her login.

Has something to do with your rights set under your windows profile.

Don't know what excatly it is but it clears the problem over here every time.

Hope that helps!
