air cooled exchanger fin specification

(OP)
An air cooled, finned exchanger in amine regenerator overhead cooling service has reached the end of its useful life and needs replacement.  The tube fabricator offers embedded, extruded, wrapped, or serrated-extruded.  Does anyone have experience with the serrated extruded fins?  By their own admission, the S-E fins are difficult to clean, but have the best heat transfer.
