Hi

I need to replace a 300 hp 60 hz 440 vac wound rotor motor. Does anybody know where i may find a supplier who has used or reconditioned wound rotor motors? Preferably a canadian or usa source.

Thanks

RE: WOUND ROTOR MOTORS

Suggestion: One way to approach to this is over:
http://www.thomasregister.com
and type Motors: Wound Rotor Induction under Product or Service, which will return 3 companies to begin with

hi jbartos

I tried to get some information from the thomas register site but did not have much sucess. Do you have any other suggestions?

Thanks

RE: WOUND ROTOR MOTORS

Try this company, I am led to believe they offer an excellent service. A customer of ours here in the UK recently used them to supply a large and very obsolete DC motor.
