(OP)
Wastewater 100°C; 62000 my S/cm; 56000 mg/l; SO4- 5270 mg/l NH4- calc. as N    250 mg/l; Cl- 100 g/l; some Al; some Na from neutralisation; pH-Wert 9-10; some people are sure that ANSI 316 Ti is the right construction material. I´m not sure. Have somebody experince?

RE: construction material for wastwater treatment by evaporation

I don't believe that 316 SS is suitable due to the high [Cl-]. There are better SS alloys for this application, and Ti should work. Also, for a reasonaable evaporation rate, you will need to increase the temperature or use a reduced pressure.

Suggest you also post your question on the Corrosion forum, and do a keyword search for chloride attack and/or seawater corrosion. E.g., see

RE: construction material for wastwater treatment by evaporation

Our corrosion charts lists Alloy 625 or hastelloy C276 as being acceptable.
