human blood pressure- ME's analysis

human blood pressure- ME's analysis

human blood pressure- ME's analysis

(OP)
Looking for a ME  who has made a  study of human blood pressure - it seems to be a very "soft" science.
I have been monitoring my own blood pressure - and "naturally" it is too high - but by what standard - it changes by the decade 1960's, 1970's, 1990's etc. to always lower values!
But little seems to make sense - it sometimes varies "erratically" ie. it can be higher when I am just "sitting around" than when I am doing light work.
Sure stress/sodium/caffeine/fitness/weight has something to do with it but . . . .
Any sites/words of wisdom suitable for an ME??
