I would go with Fisher Regulators (Now the are Emerson)

I am really impressed with the responses. This is my first experience with eng-tips and it has been very helpful! Thanks to all!!

I just received a weight limitation constraint of 0.33 lbs.
That knocks out units from Fisher and Hale Hamilton. Any other possibilities without having to go custom?? Thanks!

RE: high pressure pneumatic regulator

I assume that your application is military or aerospace?
If so I assume you have volume limitation too, therefore you will have to go custom.

I have the experience and the knowledge to help you.

RE: high pressure pneumatic regulator

I just requisitioned four of that very regulator description except using fuel gas.  The manufacturer for many analyzer applications.  Check GO Regulators, www.goreg.com.  I bought the PR-1 series in 316L Stainless Steel with 1/4-inch connections.  You have several seat choices and can select self relieving or other diaphragm options.
