Multi-Pressure Condenser Performace Factor

(OP)
I have been working on evaluating the performance/cleanliness factor for a MCP Single Shell, Triple Pressure, Single Pass, Divided Surface Condenser for quite some time now.
Because of the multi-pressure nature of this condenser, I have been running into issues with getting performance factors higher then 100% in 1 or maybe 2 of the zones.  The condenser has 3 differnt inlet and 3 different outlet temperatures, as well as 3 individual back pressures which I have been trying to work with.
If anyone has encountered or worked with a condenser similar to this I would greatly appreciate any information or tips, which would aid in finding an accurate performance factor.
