Plot Error
Plot Error
(OP)
I get an error message when I try to plot. The error message is: Configured plot server is inactive enter alternate plot server or contact system manager. I am able to put in another plot server and it works, but I want to be able to plot without having to enter in another server. Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks
Thanks

If you have admin privs, goto Control Panel-Serices and be sure the process is logiing into the domain server with an account with admin rights.

I have also been talking to UG too about this and they are stumped, so I thought I would try forums to see if people in them found a way to fix this problem.

"made sure the service is running and has admin rights."
That isn't the same as the service MUST be logging in with the Domain administrator ID and password.

Would I be able to compare the non-working computer with a computer that is working correctly? If so, what are some of the things that I should look at.
