Threaded closure or Gas Pressure Filters or Gas ducts

(OP)
I'm interested in increase my knowledge about how long is the experience for threaded closures for vessels and gas ducts. I've found several brochures for Yale 500 (from Robbins&Myers) or other similar products at the internet, but still I've not found any "experience list" showing how long is the reliabiity of this products compared with flange-connection covers/closures.

Till what I understand, this threaded closures has been used for pig launchers at oil/gas ducts, but anyway I don't have information where used and when, and how had been the result.

Can anyone inform me or provide some 'experience list' for this covers?

Speccially i'm interested at Yale (or Huber-Yale) closure.

Thank You
Emilio
