Display problems

(OP)
I'm having a problem with my display.  When I start Pro, I can see the desktop through the model window (and therefore cannot see my model).  I've tweeked everything I can think of, to no avail.  I have another user who uses this machine at night and he has no problems.  So, it would appear to be some user-specific setting. Can anyone help?  I've tried to search PTC's site, but they appear to be down (for weeks now...  Are they still in business?)

I'm running Win2000 on a Intel  box with a Gloria III video board, 512 MB RAM.

Thanx

RE: Display problems

An explanation could be that you are using (if applicable) to many other programs in the same time, and your computer doesn't have enough memory. Have you tried to run just Pro/E on that computer?

Actually, I've figured out the problem.  MS NetMeeting was running in the background (even though I had told it NOT to).  Apparently, NetMeeting and the DirectX drivers don't seem to get along.  At least their 3D drivers don't.
