Tire Performance Curves

Tire Performance Curves

(OP)
Does anyone have access to tire performance curves from any of the major manufactures?  I am looking for curves for BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KD tires in the 255/40/17, 275/40/17, and 315/40/17 sizes.  Even if you have info on other manufacture' tires in these sizes please post them.  Thanks in advance.

RE: Tire Performance Curves

I seriously doubt that you'll find these.  Such curves are viewed as proprietary information by tire manufacturers, and are often difficult even for automotive OEM's to receive (other than testing themselves).

That's unfortunate.  It seems like one should know what one is getting; almost like a courtesy similar to the OEM telling you how much power the car you are buying has before you buy it.

I know Avon do give out their race tyre curves, you can download them from their website.

I concur with your frustration.

Cheers
