Temperature drop of flowing liquids

Temperature drop of flowing liquids

(OP)
I am looking for a formula that will enable us to determine the temperature drop of a flowing liquid (normally water)from point A to point B. Additionally, we would like to be able to determine the temperature drop over time eg How long will it take for the liquid to cool to x deg C? and What will the temperature of the liquid be after y elapsed time?

All help much appreciated
