High Btu Wide Swing Problems?

High Btu Wide Swing Problems?

High Btu Wide Swing Problems?

(OP)
I would like to know if high Btu or wide daily and hourly swings cause problems in process controls or generating turbins. Also how does this effect emission control for EPA permitting?  The variability is due to ethane re-injection after stripping.  The swings can be 50 - 80 btu within a day or even hour.  The range is 1020 - 1100 btu.  What are or should be concerns of a plant operator?
